In 2008, Garcia-Serra won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Hispanic Business. He has held senior level positions on the corporate side, including Flagler Federal, where he spearheaded the financial center's first Hispanic marketing effort, and has also served on the boards of Chamber South, the American Red Cross, the National Diabetes Foundation, and M.A.D.D.

CEO - CO-CHAIRMANThrough his 20 years in advertising, Machado's undeniable skill in the areas of global corporate and brand positioning, crisis and image management, marketing, and public relations has helped make MGSCOMM one of the fastest-growing integrated marketing communications agencies in the country, ranked among the top 15 Ad Hispanic Agencies in the "2010 Advertising Age", as well as named in the "2009 Hispanic Business 500 Largest US Hispanic-Owned Companies". In 2010, Machado was appointed to the Spanish Broadcasting System (NASDAQ:SBSA) Board of Directors to serve on both the Audit and Compensation Committees, and is a Past Chairman and current Board Member of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA).

A pioneer in the industry and on direct response, Reynardus wields a disciplined mastery of consumer insights, trends and motivations. Reynaruds' ability to tap into the consumer's unconscious and conscious mind in order to marry insights based on functional as well as emotional benefits that support relevant brand values, enables him to instigate demand from any given target audience, a talent he has applied to craft communications for Coca-Cola, P&G, ITT Tech, SC Johnson, Anheuser Busch, McDonald's, General Motors, Schering Plough, Pfizer and others.

CCO - CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICERA creative guru and wordsmith, Jorge Moya has received a host of awards including Clios, Addys, London International among others, for accounts such as Heineken, McDonald's, ITT Tech, Coca-Cola, General Motors, and Anheuser Busch. Moya's vibrant energy and critical artistic acumen fuel his creative teams and influence MGS COMM's creative output, from multimedia branding campaigns to collateral support materials. Moya is a patron of the Cuban art scene where he is also recognized as a documentary filmmaker, cataloguer and connoisseur.

VP / EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTORWith nearly 20 years of experience and countless industry awards including Clios, New York Festival, and FIAP, Executive Creative Director Sofia Aguilar is responsible for managing all creative operations, including concept ideation and strategic applications, while overseeing development of advertising campaigns for the agency's international, national and regional client partners. Her depth of creative work includes breakthrough campaigns for major worldwide brands, including Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola Company, MARS (Snickers, M&M's), ITT Technical Institute, Unitel, New York Department of Health, Time Warner Cable and ABN Amro Bank.

EVP / EXECUTIVE MEDIA DIRECTORWith an advertising career that spans more than 30 years, Joe Caponigro leads both traditional and interactive media operations, while participating in high level strategic planning in all media accounts. Joe has led large-scale media operations at BBDO, McCann-Erickson, and WestWayne (now 22squared), working with clients such as Toyota, Chrysler Motors, General Motors, Publix Super Markets, and Florida's Natural Orange Juice. Joe has won several national awards for creativity in media, including Media Week's Media Plan of the Year, Most Creative Use of Magazines, and Most Creative Use of Media.

VP / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONSWith over a decade's experience directing multi-million marketing budgets for top national brands including Nestlé, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Dunkin Donuts, Brenda Novo is responsible for building and implementing efficiency systems at MGS, while streamlining processes and integrating communications between MGS' six business units. Her experience in both the agency and client side affords her unique insights on how to maintain and evolve our agency business model to meet the industry's evolving demands.

New Business DevelopmentRay brings over a decade of experience in advertising sales and marketing. Before joining MGSCOMM on the New Business Development team, Ray served as an Advertising Sales Account Planner for MTV Networks Latin America for over 6 years. While there, he worked with some of the channel's biggest brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Warner Bros., Columbia Tri-Star, Visa, and Sony Ericsson to name a few (in addition to drinking beer with the band members of Coldplay at the VMA's). After a quick stint in radio, Ray returned to television and worked at "A&E Networks"- (A&E, History Channel, and Bio.) where he was an Account Manager for Latin America Pan Regional Ad Sales.
